Quite and safe place to stay.
The room has balcony, bed, closet, working-desk, fridge, TV , hot water generator, air-conditioner... Bedding (Pillows and covers) is included .

 The renting price is :

- $US 130 per week (the rent is including the electricity – cleaning + laundry service , cleaner service ,drink water , gas , Wifi access – fast connection , TV cable ….. )

-You have keys to go out or come back home any time.The owner don't live in there.
You can live here as long as you like, when you leave just give 2days  notice.
